Your customers will receive the following communications from the Firewood Platform branded with your header logo:
- a welcome email when they sign up
- an automatic registration confirmation email upon payment - with the event title, date, time, amount paid, google map links to any attached locations and the full text of the event description (embedded images / youtube videos embed in the email as well which is kind of nifty)
- an automatic email confirmation of any refund with the event title, registration id and the amount refunded
When someone registers successfully they are redirected to our registration success page - which has event details, social media and event sharing links, google map location links and links to add the event to their Google / Apple / Outlook calendars.
