Overview:
Welcome to Firewood Camps HelpDocs! This page will guide you through the process of requesting a refund.
It is important to note that each refund is up to the discretion of the coach. Please be sure to check the refund policy on the camp website as well.
Instructions:
- Email the associated email on the website and be sure to CC support@firewoodcamps.com
- During this time, the coaches responsible for running the camp will notify of us of what action shall be taken.
- If we are instructed to process a refund, we will do so immediately. Please allow 5-10 business days before it is reflected in your account.
- Be sure to check your account to confirm the change has been reflected.
