Requesting a Refund

Welcome to Firewood Camps HelpDocs! This page will guide you through the process of requesting a refund.

It is important to note that each refund is up to the discretion of the coach. Please be sure to check the refund policy on the camp website as well.


  1. Email the associated email on the website and be sure to CC
  2. During this time, the coaches responsible for running the camp will notify of us of what action shall be taken.
    1. If we are instructed to process a refund, we will do so immediately. Please allow 5-10 business days before it is reflected in your account.
  3. Be sure to check your account to confirm the change has been reflected.
